The platform includes business management tools, operational software, creative design utilities, workflow automation, and a complete print application with a credit-based print system known as Print Points.

This comprehensive policy page explains your rights, responsibilities, the rules governing each tool, subscription expectations, usage limitations, and our platform-wide operational standards.

By accessing or using LolaRose Business Center or any of its tools, you agree to all policies below.

1. Platform Overview & General Policies

LolaRose Business Center is an all-in-one business ecosystem consisting of:

  • A business operations suite
  • A full ERP-level business system
  • A creative media and design studio
  • A print application connected to a point-based credit system
  • AI-powered business utilities, automations, and workflow tools

These components operate together as a unified platform (“the Platform”). This section states the general rules for using any part of the Platform.

1.1 Acceptable Use Policy

Users of the Platform must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity
  • Attempt unauthorized access to administrative areas or other user accounts
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful scripts
  • Use the Platform for illegal business activities
  • Automate requests in a way that harms system performance
  • Share, resell, or redistribute Platform access without written permission

Violation of this policy may lead to temporary suspension, permanent termination, or legal action depending on severity.

1.2 Account Ownership & Security

  • Each user is responsible for protecting their login credentials.
  • Accounts must not be shared between unrelated individuals or groups.
  • If suspicious activity is detected, we may lock or restrict the account for security review.
  • Multi-factor authentication may be required for sensitive operations.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify support immediately.

1.3 Subscription Terms

Your subscription may include:

  • Access to business management tools
  • Access to creative design tools
  • A Print Points allowance
  • AI utilities
  • Cloud asset storage
  • Collaboration features
  • Priority support (depending on tier)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Partial-period refunds are not provided, except where required by law.

1.4 Data Retention & Privacy

The Platform processes and stores data according to strict privacy and security practices, including:

  • Encrypted storage for sensitive data
  • Secure database architecture
  • Access logging for compliance and safety
  • Regular infrastructure audits

We do not sell or rent user data.

You may request data export or deletion unless legal obligations prevent it.

2. Business Operations Suite Policy

The business operations suite supports:

The following policies apply to its use:

2.1 Accuracy of Information

All content and business data entered by users remain their own responsibility.

  • Outages caused by third-party systems
  • Failed connections or verification issues
  • Payment delays caused externally

3. Lola365 – Business Management System Policy

Lola365 is the core enterprise-style management environment within LolaRose Business Center. It includes:

  • CRM
  • Sales and invoicing
  • Inventory management
  • Point of sales features
  • Project and task management
  • Employee and HR modules (for supported tiers)
  • Accounting tools

3.1 Customization Responsibilities

Users may configure fields, modules, workflows, and automation logic.

However:

  • Excessive customizations may cause instability
  • Support is only guaranteed for default modules or approved add-ons
  • Errors caused by user-created automations or custom code are not covered under basic support

3.2 Backup, Storage, and Retention

  • The system performs automated backups on a scheduled rotation.
  • Deleted data may not be recoverable after purge cycles.
  • Long-term archival storage may require upgraded plans.

Users should export mission-critical data regularly for maximum safety.

3.3 Financial & Tax Compliance

The Platform may provide tools that assist with sales tax calculations or financial records, but:

  • Users remain responsible for verifying all tax data
  • Users must validate financial statements before submission to tax authorities
  • Automated systems cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to jurisdictional complexity

LolaRose does not act as a tax advisor or accountant.

4. LolaRose Design Studio – Creative Tool Policy

The Design Studio allows users to create marketing materials, branding assets, posters, menus, flyers, social media content, and custom design layouts.

4.1 Media Usage Rights

Users must ensure they have legal rights to upload or use:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Fonts
  • Logos
  • Icons
  • Music or audio (for supported formats)

We do not monitor ownership of user content, but users bear full legal responsibility for any infringement.

4.2 AI-Assisted Generation

If AI tools are used to assist or enhance designs, the following restrictions apply:

  • No generation of hateful, violent, or unsafe imagery
  • No impersonation or replication of identifiable individuals without consent
  • No use of trademarks or copyrighted materials unless legally permitted
  • No generation of deceptive images intended to mislead others

Content violating these rules may be removed.

4.3 Export Policies

Depending on subscription level, exports may include:

  • Standard resolution exports
  • High-resolution print-ready files
  • Editable project files
  • Multi-page designs
  • Specialized format exports

Large or complex exports may require additional Print Points or premium usage credits.

5. LolaPrint – Print Application Policy

LolaPrint enables users to generate physical print materials such as posters, documents, flyers, banners, cards, and multi-page prints. It is fully integrated with the Print Points system.

5.1 File Quality Standards

Print results depend heavily on source file quality. Users must ensure:

  • Proper resolution (recommended ≥ 300dpi)
  • Correct file formats
  • Accurate bleed, margin, and trim settings
  • Optional transparency handling

Low-resolution or improperly prepared files may print with imperfections for which LolaRose is not responsible.

5.2 Print Workflow and Approval

Before printing, users may:

  • Review a preview
  • Receive automated warnings for low resolution
  • Receive optional human review (for certain tiers)

Once a job is approved or submitted:

  • It cannot be cancelled
  • It cannot be refunded unless defective
  • Changes require submitting a new order

5.3 Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround windows are provided but not guaranteed, as printing may be affected by:

  • Queue volume
  • Print machine maintenance
  • Supply availability
  • Unexpected technical issues

We prioritize fairness and efficiency for all customers.

5.4 Print Defects & Reprints

A print qualifies for a reprint or refund only when:

  • The output differs substantially from the approved design
  • Significant color shifts occur due to hardware error
  • The materials used are defective
  • Mechanical issues produce damaged prints

Reprints will not be issued for:

  • User-submitted design errors
  • Low-quality uploaded images
  • Incorrect dimensions provided by the user
  • Typos or layout mistakes created by the user

6. Print Points – Credit System Policy

Print Points are prepaid digital credits used to redeem printing services or certain premium features.

6.1 Allocation & Usage

Print Points may be:

  • Included with subscription plans
  • Purchased separately
  • Earned during promotions or events

They can be used for:

  • Standard prints
  • Premium prints
  • Specialty materials
  • Lamination or finishing
  • Design Studio premium exports

6.2 Expiration

  • Monthly Print Points expire at the end of their cycle
  • Yearly Print Points expire at the end of the yearly term
  • Promotional Print Points may have shorter expiration windows

Unused Points do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

6.3 Refund Policy for Print Points

Print Points are non-refundable, except when:

  • A system error results in misallocation
  • A user is charged twice for the same purchase
  • A catastrophic outage prevents usage for an extended period

Under normal circumstances, Print Points cannot be converted back to cash.

6.4 Abuse, Manipulation, and Fraud Prevention

Users must not:

  • Resell Print Points
  • Transfer Points between unrelated accounts
  • Create multiple accounts to obtain free or promotional Points
  • Attempt to bypass Point usage or exploit system loopholes

Detected abuse may result in account limitations or closure.

7. AI, Automation, and Assistance Tools Policy

The Platform includes several AI-enabled features that assist with business insights, design automation, customer support, content generation, and workflow optimization.

7.1 Accuracy & Reliability

AI tools provide suggestions based on patterns and predictions. They may produce:

  • Imperfect or incomplete results
  • Outdated interpretations
  • Recommendations that require human validation

Users must verify all important outputs.

7.2 Prohibited Uses of AI

AI tools may not be used for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Identity impersonation
  • Generating harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • Creating manipulated media intended to deceive
  • Violating copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights

Any content generated by users remains the user’s legal responsibility.

8. Support, Ticketing, and Customer Service Policy

8.1 Required Information for Support Cases

We may request:

  • Screenshots

Refusal to provide required information may limit our ability to resolve the issue.

8.2 Resolution Times

Response times depend on:

  • Subscription tier

  • Support queue volume

Complex issues may require extended investigation.

9. Refund, Cancellation, and Billing Policy

9.1 Subscription Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Mid-cycle cancellations
  • Unused Platform features
  • Unused Print Points
  • Downgrades during an active billing period

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Duplicate charges occur
  • Billing errors are confirmed
  • The user experiences platform-wide access issues

9.2 Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Print Points expire at the end of the cycle
  • Data may be scheduled for deletion according to retention policies

9.3 Print Order Refunds

Print refunds are granted only for:

  • Hardware-related defects
  • Manufacturing mistakes
  • Material issues

Refunds are not granted for user errors or creative revisions.

10. Legal, Intellectual Property, and Compliance Policy

10.1 Ownership Rights

  • Users retain ownership of their content and designs.
  • LolaRose retains ownership of:
    • Platform software
    • Infrastructure
    • Branding
    • Technologies and workflows

Users may not reverse-engineer or replicate platform functions without permission.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

LolaRose Business Center provides a unified business ecosystem designed to support entrepreneurs and growing companies with tools for business management, creative design, printing, automation, and operational workflow. These Terms apply to all services, software, websites, and features offered through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.

2.2 Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your information updated
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

2.3 Account Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share accounts with unrelated individuals
  • Create accounts using false identities

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Plans and Renewals

Access to certain Platform features requires a paid subscription. All subscriptions:

  • Automatically renew unless canceled
  • Are billed in advance
  • Are non-transferable

4.2 Payment Information

You must provide valid payment details. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

4.3 Cancellations

You can cancel anytime through your dashboard. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • System billing errors
  • Situations required by law

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Mid-cycle cancellation
  • Unused Platform features
  • Unused Print Points

5. Print Points System

Print Points are digital credits used for printing and certain premium features.

5.1 Usage

5.2 Expiration

Points may expire monthly or yearly depending on the plan. Promotional points may have shorter durations.

5.3 No Cash Value

Print Points are not cash, cannot be converted to money, and are non-transferable.

Any attempt to exploit, resell, or manipulate Print Points will result in account suspension.

6. Design Studio, Media Tools & AI Features

The Platform contains creative tools that allow you to design graphics, branding materials, print layouts, and more.

6.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your designs. You are responsible for ensuring that you have rights to all fonts, images, logos, and media you upload.

6.2 AI Assistance

AI features may assist in generating or enhancing content. AI outputs may be:

  • Imperfect or inaccurate
  • Influenced by training data
  • Subject to content restrictions

6.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI features to generate:

  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive media
  • Unauthorized depictions of individuals
  • Copyrighted or trademarked content without rights

7. Print Application

7.1 User Responsibility for File Quality

You are responsible for:

  • Resolution quality
  • File formats
  • Color accuracy
  • Layout, margins, and bleed settings

Low-quality uploads may result in imperfect prints.

7.2 Approval Process

After submitting or approving a print job:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • It cannot be refunded unless defective

7.3 Print Defects

Reprints or refunds are provided only when defects are caused by:

  • Hardware malfunction
  • Material failure
  • Operational error on our side

User-submitted errors do not qualify.

8. Platform Availability & Maintenance

8.1 Uptime

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8.2 Scheduled Maintenance

Downtime may occur for updates, maintenance, or emergency repairs.

8.3 Data Loss

While we implement backups, you acknowledge that data loss may occur and agree to maintain your own external backups as needed.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Platform IP

All platform technology, software, and branding remain the property of LolaRose Business Center.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. You grant us a limited license to:

  • Store
  • Process
  • Display
  • Print (when requested)

This license is solely for Platform functionality.

10. Termination

10.1 By the User

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

10.2 By LolaRose

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Create security risks
  • Misuse the Platform

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Platform ends
  • Print Points are forfeited
  • Data may be deleted according to retention policies

11. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months

12. Dispute Resolution

Certain disputes may require binding arbitration instead of court.
